La construction des passages souterrains implique g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la suspension du trafic ou de l&rsquo;exploitation de la route ou du chemin de fer travers\u00e9, pour une partie ou la totalit\u00e9 de la dur\u00e9e des travaux, donnant lieu \u00e0 une s\u00e9rie de co\u00fbts indirects d&rsquo;entit\u00e9 consid\u00e9rable, en termes de suspension du service, d\u00e9tournement de piste et autres.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p class=\"p1\">I.CO.P. a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 le syst\u00e8me innovant brevet\u00e9 \u00ab<strong>One night solution<\/strong>\u00bb pour la construction de passages souterrains. Les supports peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 la fois avec des parois en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9, pieux for\u00e9s ou tout autre type de fondation indirecte choisi en fonction des caract\u00e9ristiques du sol. De m\u00eame, les travaux de support des fouilles sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s pour la construction des rampes d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s au <strong>passage souterrain<\/strong> et, sur ces structures, des bordures de liaison sont cr\u00e9\u00e9es qui remplissent initialement les fonctions de base pour la pr\u00e9fabrication du tablier puis assument la fonction de voies pour le lancement de ce. Le tablier, qui peut avoir la forme soit d&rsquo;une simple plaque, soit d&rsquo;un \u00ab\u00a0U\u00a0\u00bb invers\u00e9, selon la distance entre les supports, peut \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;un <strong>pied m\u00e9tallique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<div  style='height:30px' class='hr hr-invisible   avia-builder-el-8  el_after_av_textblock  el_before_av_textblock '><span class='hr-inner ' ><span class='hr-inner-style'><\/span><\/span><\/div><br \/>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><h4 class=\"p1\">\u00c9TAPE n \u00b0 2<\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\">Lors des br\u00e8ves interruptions nocturnes de la chauss\u00e9e travers\u00e9e, qu&rsquo;elle soit ferroviaire ou routi\u00e8re, deux<strong> murs<\/strong> sont cr\u00e9\u00e9es plac\u00e9es transversalement au site lui-m\u00eame et sous la chauss\u00e9e, parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 l&rsquo;axe du <strong>passage souterrain<\/strong>, le long des bords ext\u00e9rieurs des rampes. Ces cloisons sont obtenues par <strong>fon\u00e7age de palplanches m\u00e9talliques<\/strong>, ou encore par <strong>micropieux ou jet grouting<\/strong> et sont destin\u00e9es \u00e0 permettre l&rsquo;excavation ult\u00e9rieure qui sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sous le pont lanc\u00e9, dans des conditions de <strong>s\u00e9curit\u00e9 absolue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<div  style='height:30px' class='hr hr-invisible   avia-builder-el-10  el_after_av_textblock  el_before_av_textblock '><span class='hr-inner ' ><span class='hr-inner-style'><\/span><\/span><\/div><br \/>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><h4 class=\"p1\">\u00c9TAPE n \u00b0 3<\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\">Apr\u00e8s mise hors service de la voie ferr\u00e9e (ou de la route), le tablier pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9 est install\u00e9 par pouss\u00e9e effectu\u00e9e avec des <strong>v\u00e9rins hydrauliques<\/strong>. Le tablier progresse \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un support jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que celui plac\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 oppos\u00e9e soit atteint. Pour permettre l&rsquo;avancement du tablier lors de la pouss\u00e9e, l&rsquo;<strong>excavation simultan\u00e9e du sol<\/strong> est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;avant de celui-ci. Une fois les op\u00e9rations termin\u00e9es, le site ferroviaire (ou routier) est restaur\u00e9 et rouvert \u00e0 la circulation. Les op\u00e9rations de pouss\u00e9e durent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement moins de six heures et ont lieu la nuit. Les jours suivants, les fouilles souterraines sont termin\u00e9es et les <strong>structures<\/strong> restantes sont termin\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  avia-builder-el-12  el_after_av_one_full  el_before_av_one_full  column-top-margin\" style='border-radius:0px;
