Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce syst\u00e8me, la conduite et le <strong>bouclier de coupe<\/strong> sont pouss\u00e9s dans le sol et avancent au fur et \u00e0 mesure de l&rsquo;excavation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">La canalisation \u00e0 poser est pr\u00e9par\u00e9e et positionn\u00e9e, avant le d\u00e9but des <strong>op\u00e9rations d&rsquo;excavation et de lancement<\/strong>, sur une <strong>rampe de mise \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau<\/strong>, qui se d\u00e9veloppe derri\u00e8re la position de d\u00e9part, en ligne avec le trac\u00e9 d&rsquo;installation. En fonction de la disponibilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;espace et de la longueur de la section \u00e0 poser, le tuyau peut \u00eatre dispos\u00e9 sur la rampe de lancement sur toute sa longueur, ou divis\u00e9 en sections plus courtes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ce syst\u00e8me vous permet de poser de longues cha\u00eenes de tuyauterie en une seule \u00e9tape, ce qui r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement les temps d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution, par rapport aux autres<strong> technologies sans tranch\u00e9e<\/strong>. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;excavation adopt\u00e9e, le <strong>Direct Pipe<\/strong> s&rsquo;adapte \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents types de terrain, m\u00eame en pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;eau souterraine; de plus, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence constante de la canalisation dans l&rsquo;excavation, contrairement au <strong>TOC<\/strong>, il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;utiliser de gros volumes de boue pour la supporter.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>I.CO.P.<\/strong> a utilis\u00e9 cette technologie pour la premi\u00e8re fois entre 2011 et 2012, dans la construction de quatre passages \u00e0 niveau qui font partie des travaux de construction du <strong>gazoduc Snam Rete Gas \u00abPoggio Renatico &#8211; PIL8 (48\u201d) \u00bb<\/strong>. En particulier, la premi\u00e8re travers\u00e9e du canal \u00ab<strong>Scolo Riolo<\/strong>\u00bb r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par I.CO.P. pr\u00e8s de Bologne \u00e9tait le projet pilote pour le lancement de cette technologie en Italie avec DN48 \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Par la suite, entre mars 2013 et septembre 2014, dans le cadre des travaux de construction du <strong>gazoduc Snam Rete Gas Zimella &#8211; Cervignano DN 1400 (56\u00a0\u00bb) DP 75 bar<\/strong>, I.CO.P. a appliqu\u00e9 la m\u00e9thodologie Direct Pipe pour la construction de deux passages \u00e0 niveau qui constituait la premi\u00e8re application de cette technologie sur le territoire national avec un diam\u00e8tre de 56\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00c0 ce jour, <strong>I.CO.P. r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une vingtaine de travers\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de Direct Pipe<\/strong>, posant environ <strong>12 km de conduites<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div class=\"flex_column av_one_half  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  avia-builder-el-7  el_after_av_one_full  el_before_av_one_half  column-top-margin\" style='border-radius:0px;
