S.p.A. Societ\u00e0 Benefit (the \u201cIssuer\u201d) must notify any &#8220;substantial change,&#8221; or the reaching or exceeding of thresholds of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50%, 66.6%, and 90% of the Issuer&#8217;s share capital, as well as any reduction below these thresholds (the \u201cSubstantial Change\u201d). In the case of the issuance of multiple voting shares, even a shareholder holding 5% based on ordinary shares must report.
