S.p.A. Benefit Company has always been very sensitive to the well-being and safety of its employees. For this reason, it has joined the <strong>WHP<\/strong> program by adopting a series of company policies that have a direct impact on the lives of all men and women workers, creating a workplace that promotes health, encourages physical activity, provides opportunities to quit smoking, promotes healthy eating, and implements actions to improve well-being at work and beyond.<\/p>\n<p>I.CO.P. S.p.A. Benefit Company has made a range of choices for each <strong>WHP<\/strong> goal:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>promotion of healthy nutrition: company canteen with 0-km products, vending machines with healthy products, in-house signage with information on healthy nutrition;<\/li>\n<li>physical activity: group fitness activity in the company (company walking group), agreements with gyms and swimming pools, company facilities to carry out sports activities (soccer field, tennis);<\/li>\n<li>safe and sustainable mobility: control and maintenance of company vehicles, agreements for purchasing on road safety;<\/li>\n<li>wellbeing and work-life balance: warning case (SA 8000), corporate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.icop.it\/sostenibilita\/welfare-aziendale\/\">welfare<\/a> interventions for social welfare or health care expenses, reimbursement of health care expenses, aid for the care of elderly or disabled family members, services\/initiatives for employees&#8217; children during non-school periods, flexible working hours, smart working;<\/li>\n<li>internal anti-smoking policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<div  class='avia-image-container  av-styling-    avia-builder-el-6  el_after_av_textblock  avia-builder-el-last  avia-align-center '  itemprop=\"image\" itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\"  ><div class='avia-image-container-inner'><div class='avia-image-overlay-wrap'><img class='avia_image' src='https:\/\/www.icop.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/mensa_2.jpg' alt='' title='mensa_2' height=\"1260\" width=\"1440\"  itemprop=\"thumbnailUrl\"  \/><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/p><\/div><\/p>\n<div class=\"flex_column av_one_full  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  avia-builder-el-7  el_after_av_one_full  avia-builder-el-last  column-top-margin\" style='border-radius:0px; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p>In October 2022, I.CO.P.
