The micropiling technique involves  the construction of vertical or sub-horizontal bores with diameters varying from 90 to 400 mm, reinforced introducing steel pipes with concrete or premixed mortar grout.

Installed for foundation consolidations of structures subject to differential settings, they find large application together with anchoring tie rods, in the supporting of landsliding slopes,  in vertical facings excavations and as a foundation element since they can transmit the above loads to depth.
